I was taken to my first restaurant. They have a lot of famous sake. The train was delayed for over an hour due to heavy snowfall before arriving in Sapporo. We were starving for the late start of the night party! We started with a bottle of Kuroryu Jun Gin. This is my third Jun-Gin, according to my past posts. It was so fruity that the cup of sake I had poured was gone in no time! Now, what's next? What's next? My knowledge The Gohyakumangoku (sake rice) produced in the Ono district of Fukui Prefecture is an essential ingredient in the brewing of Kuroryu. We work closely with our contracted farmers to secure the highest quality ingredients. This sake is a Junmai Ginjo made with such care. This sake has an elegant, clear flavor with a touch of class, and a moderate flavor spread.
