At Takatsu Sake Shop, I purchased Matsuo, a sake from Nagano Prefecture that I had been curious about the last time I visited.
It has a soft, fruity aroma, and when you take a sip, the sweetness comes first, followed slowly by the spiciness. The change in flavor is interesting and delicious.

Good evening, Ponchan, and thank you for your comment. I drank it for the first time and it is Matsuo delicious! I heard it is a small brewery, so it must be difficult to find a good one, but I would like to try various kinds of sake again if there are any.
