Brilliant, colourless and transparent. Fruity aroma with hints of muscat. The intensity of the aroma is rather strong. The mouthfeel is mildly sweet. After a while, the sweet and sour juicy flavor spreads in the mouth. Slightly rich mouthfeel. It has a medium length finish. It is a fragrant and mellow sake.

After 5 days of opening the bottle, I heated it up and it still has a pleasantly acidic and rich mouthfeel.

On the 25th day after opening the bottle (I've been buying a lot of bottles lately, so I've been playing around with a lot of things, and the consumption per bottle has been slow), I tasted it again. It is rich, but gently sweet and not overpowering. The mild acidity accentuates the elegant umami taste.
