I bought this because I was a little curious about how Takaten brews Yamae Nishiki....
The sweetness spreads in the mouth, which is not unlike Takaten, and the character of Yamae Nishiki is strong.
However, the lingering sweetness is short-lived and disappears quickly, leaving behind a slightly bitter dryness that gives the impression of crispness, which is not the case with other Yamae-Nishiki, which tends to be more fruity.
The fact that it is not overly flamboyant is quite hateful.
Mie, you're good at what you do.
