Tenmei after almost a year.
The first aroma is a faint citrusy sweet and sour aroma.
When the supernatant is drunk without mixing in ori, it has a bitter citrus flavor and a pungent taste.
When the top clear liquid is mixed with ori, it has a gentle citrus acidity and a moderate sweetness and umami of rice.
The slight bitterness gives it a sharp finish.
I wonder what number I will drink next year.
