Tobiroki is still delicious.
I have had Daiginjo, but I think this Junmai Ginjo is the best.
It has a melon-like aroma that is easy to recognize and a thick sake quality.
The umami and sweetness linger on the palate and softly fade away.
It is a delicious sake no matter when you drink it.
