I'm sorry, but it tasted bad... ๐ง
I bought this at a reputable liquor store that kept it well refrigerated, and it was very disappointing, with a hint of bitterness and no flavor. I've had some good Hyakujuro, but more than once I've had a bad bottle like this one, and I get the impression that it's a brewery with a big range... To be honest, I'm too scared to buy any more...
To be honest, I'm afraid to buy it again... It's a waste, so I'll use it as a cooking sake.

Good evening, speyside! I๏ธ agree with you and thought I๏ธ would comment~! I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do that. I'm sorry to say that this is my first Hyakujuro.

Thank you for your comment, Yuka-chin! It's hard to write a negative review, but I wrote it as a reminder so that I don't forget and step on a minefield again ๐ฆI guess the eyes go to the warehouse with the highest batting average (laughs).
