A very nice, fruity and umami-focused sake.
VELVET
A refreshing, sweet and slightly bitter wine.
◉Super dry junmai sake
A very dry junmai sake, not too spicy, just refreshing.
◉Tongumi-San
Challenge series. The sake is made with Japanese paper and stamped by hand. It is made with a high-productivity malic acid yeast, and has a nice sweetness with a sourness that is refreshing.
◉RAKES ORIGAMI
Sharp and milky with a hint of sweetness.
RAKES
Clear and crisp, with a bitter bitter aftertaste.
◉HIYAOROSHI
A clear, refreshing sake with a full-bodied, umami flavor.
Junmai Daiginjo Kitashizuku
Beautiful and clean, but with a hint of sweetness and umami. The lingering aftertaste is delicious.
