Osaka Takashimaya] The 7th Takashimaya Sake Festival (4) The booth of "Ki Mine Tsuru". Ryoko-san, the proprietress, came to the booth and said, "I was supposed to be here until tomorrow, but I'm leaving today," so she left before closing time. When I told her that there were only three kinds last time, she laughed and said, "People tell me that so many times. Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki A standard type of sake, refreshing, but with a slightly spicy aftertaste due to its sweetness and umami. Junmai Ginjo Omachi A very nice, fruity and umami-focused sake. VELVET A refreshing, sweet and slightly bitter wine. ◉Super dry junmai sake A very dry junmai sake, not too spicy, just refreshing. ◉Tongumi-San Challenge series. The sake is made with Japanese paper and stamped by hand. It is made with a high-productivity malic acid yeast, and has a nice sweetness with a sourness that is refreshing. ◉RAKES ORIGAMI Sharp and milky with a hint of sweetness. RAKES Clear and crisp, with a bitter bitter aftertaste. ◉HIYAOROSHI A clear, refreshing sake with a full-bodied, umami flavor. Junmai Daiginjo Kitashizuku Beautiful and clean, but with a hint of sweetness and umami. The lingering aftertaste is delicious.
