I remembered it when I saw it in the showcase.
It is made from the base of Junmai-shu
It is a sake made by brewing Bodhidoki Junmaishu.
It's interesting that it's a kijoshu but it's a namaishu.
The aroma of alcohol is a little distracting.
but the texture is clear.
The sweetness of the sake spreads.
The aftertaste is not sticky either.
It's not bad.
