To another restaurant in Yamagata City
At the bustling Nanokaicho Gotenyan 🙂.
Asahitaka Nama Sake, Asahitaka Nama Stored Sake, Jyushidai Honmaru Nama Zume 🍶.
Comparison of three kinds of sake
Asahitaka Tokubetsu Honjozo, winter only, freshly squeezed new sake.
Long name 😆.
It comes out only in November.
First time drinking the raw specs 😊.
The label on the back says to drink it within 3 months.
It's already been over 6 months since the date of manufacture 😆.
It doesn't have a chili sensation.
Not much aroma either.
Fruity sweet acidity followed by soft umami.
Slightly alcoholic
Sweet and spicy
Al-ness is a bit annoying when drunk by itself😅.
Nama-shu, Nama-stored-shu and Honmaru
I drank all three of these cups repeatedly.
I think they are very similar
Just a little difference that words can't describe
If you can buy a bottle of Asahitaka for the original price of 2,500 yen, I can't complain!
There are many delicious sake beyond this price!
On this trip, I saw Asahi Taka at a supermarket in Yonezawa
about 5000 yen per bottle 😪.
Looks like it's almost the same price on Mercari.
Of course I went through it 😂.

Hi Wakata 🎈.
Yamagata is amazing✨✨
Beautiful nature!
The produce and sake is delicious too!
This trip to Yamagata was short, just 2 days,
I will go back 😆.
Maybe next time I will start from Sendai 🤗.
