Zunpapa
Cold or lukewarm
The aroma is a little peculiar when served cold.
There is no sweetness or sourness, but a big-boned umami flavor with some miscellaneous tastes.
A slight astringency lingers in the aftertaste.
When lukewarm, the aroma has a strong alcohol smell.
The sweetness becomes much stronger, and the overall flavor is rounded, with no miscellaneous aftertaste.
Goes very well with a variety of fish, such as sauteed swordfish and baby sardines.
