I saw it at a nearby Friend's Mart and bought it.
There is not much of an aroma that rises to the surface.
In the mouth, there is a citrus-like aroma, acidity, and a firm rice flavor.
There is also a mild grain-like aroma. It is rather heavy and drinkable.
The umami can be felt well into the mid-palate.
The sharpness is not as sharp as it should be. The sharpness is not as sharp as you might think, but it is very refreshing.
The aroma is restrained, making it a good mid-meal sake.
It is a refreshing umakuchi sake.
I like it a lot.
