It will be nigori sake of Kamikame 🐢.
I opened and closed the lid and automatically stirred the sake 4 times with a fairly healthy turtle.
The first aroma is a faint scent of koji mold.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the carbonation and the sweetness is just a little.
The strong carbonation gives it a sharp kick...
After the second day, when the carbonation subsides, a slight sweetness like cooked rice and a lactic acidic sourness appear, which is quite pleasant.
It had the feel of rice, like a moderately sweet amazake made with sake lees.
It was delicious 🍶🐢.

Hi, Matsuchiyo-san! I drank this at the store the other day and posted a review, but it's a really tasty one ✨"the rice feeling like sweet sake with a moderate sweetness", really! I'd love to buy one myself and enjoy the experience of opening the bottle ✨.

Good evening, Yasusan!
The first day it was a bit tough, but the sweetness increased day by day and it was delicious.
I drank Shinkame last month and the Shiboritate Nama-zake was also very tasty! 🐢

I see. The one I drank at the store was also half empty, so maybe it was after that very flavor had increased! I'll have to look for some more 🐢 (🦆I think it's this one 😆).
I'll look for some freshly pressed sake and try it ✨I'm sure you can't go wrong with Kamikame 🐢.
