HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2023⑧
After leaving the Shugetsu booth, I wandered around and found Mr. Neemuchi at the Akashi Tai booth!
He was laughing when I said to him, "Good work, sir! He was laughing for some reason 🤣.
Nemuchi-san came with his friend and the three of us started to work together from here 😁.
She became famous on "Night Scoop"? Miyako Bijin-san.
She also shared an episode from the filming.

Rinbi Daiginjo
Hyogo Sake85 was sold out, but I was allowed to taste it. It has a sweet taste but is very robust.
Personally, I enjoyed the yeast additive-free version.
Rinbi was easier to drink than I expected.
The sake they brought was generally classic.... I think the products for distributors are more modern.
