As the cherry blossoms fall in Tokyo, we have only two bottles of our spring sake left.
And today we will open a bottle of Atago no Matsumatsu's pink Nigori Nama Sake 🍶, which is also called Harukoi 🤗.
Whenever I see this sake, I hear Yumi's song "Haru yo, haru yo, koi" in my head 😙.
Haru yo, faraway spring, close your eyelids and there it is..." ❗️
Although this song is much newer than URARA, I'm of the Showa generation 🥹.
Now that we've gotten that out of the way, let's talk about the sake...yes, it tastes like strawberries. It is sweet and sour and refreshing 👌.
The sake has a sake level of -55.0, which is on par with kijoshu, but it's easy to drink without feeling kudos.
The alcohol content is low and you will finish it in no time, it is a dangerous sake for your wallet 😎.

Good evening, Ponchan... 🤗
I know this sake makes you say "Come on, spring!
In my school days, it was Southern and TUBE in summer and Yumin in winter 🎉This sweet and sour taste reminds me of those days somehow 🥰.

I feel like it's spring when I drink Harukoyi 🌷🌸
It seems like a good way to remember your youth😊.
Let's drink it every year and remember the old days 😉.

Good evening, Erin!
I am more deeply moved by the arrival of spring and the start of a new year than by the start of a new year, maybe because I have become too accustomed to working life 🥹.
I will try to remember those days by drinking spring sake🌸😎.
