I received this sake a long time ago. I have kept it in the refrigerator for a long time.
The reason is that it is a waste to drink it....
I saw Manju at a izakaya in Umeda, Tokyo, where a glass of Manju costs more than 2,000 yen. I couldn't drink it any more.
I was thinking "on some anniversary," but momentum is important too (laugh).
Nothing in particular happened today, and it suddenly became the day of the opening of the bottle.
I am now about to finish the 4,000 yen bottle at the store price.
I felt it was fruity.
The aroma is slightly apple-like.
There is no hint of a tangy taste at all. It goes smoothly in the mouth. It also has a clean dry taste at the end.
Kubota is indeed a great Kubota! It is very delicious!
