Hato Masamune's collaboration sake with Hasegawa Sake Shop 🍶🕊.
I had bought it at the beginning of July, but it turned 😷 right after I bought it, and to top it off, chika-san beat me to it 😅.
Well, the first aroma is slightly sweet with soft acidity.
In the mouth, it has a moderate sweetness and mellowness, but the sharpness is fast and quite refreshing.
The sweetness increases after a few days, but it is a bit like a thinner version of Sato Kikai's special junmai shiboritate nama-shu.
Was it made as a summer sake or did they want to keep it low in alcohol 🤔.
I would have liked to drink the original sake before adding water.
