Curry and Pairing Sake (3)
If curry goes well with beer, highballs, and other carbonated drinks, I thought it would go well with sparkling sake, so I bought this.
Cold sake
Cool and refreshing aroma
Apple-like acidity and elegant sweetness
Stimulating and refreshing carbonation
The aftertaste is crisp and clean.
However, if you ask if it goes well with curry, it is subtle.
The richness of curry and the acidity of sake are mismatched.
It would go well with yakitori salt or bonito tataki.
