Hirotogawa Junmai Kame-no-o Nama-shu The last souvenir from our trip to Aizu. Purchased at Aizu Shurakukan. Matsuzaki Sake Brewery is located in Ten-ei Village, a short distance from Aizu and Kitakata. Hirotogawa has been attracting nationwide attention since the system was changed after the Great East Japan Earthquake. This is a draft sake made from Kame-no-o, which has been revived by the Kusumi Shuzo brewery in Niigata. It has the aroma of rice, a fruity aroma with sourness, and a mild mouthfeel. The rice is polished to 70% on purpose for a crisp junmai sake. It's delicious! === Ingredients Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Rice: Kame-no-o Polishing ratio: 70%.
