金猫魔
Hirotogawa Junmai Kame-no-o Nama-shu
The last souvenir from our trip to Aizu.
Purchased at Aizu Shurakukan.
Matsuzaki Sake Brewery is located in Ten-ei Village, a short distance from Aizu and Kitakata.
Hirotogawa has been attracting nationwide attention since the system was changed after the Great East Japan Earthquake.
This is a draft sake made from Kame-no-o, which has been revived by the Kusumi Shuzo brewery in Niigata.
It has the aroma of rice, a fruity aroma with sourness, and a mild mouthfeel.
It has a mellow mouthfeel and a refreshing acidity.
The refreshing acidity and sharp bitterness
It has a thick, robust flavor that is typical of nama-shu.
The rice is polished to 70% on purpose for a crisp junmai sake.
It's delicious!
