There is no miscellaneous taste, and the bitterness comes quickly and has a good sharpness.
It is recommended as a sake for Japanese food.
Today, we had dried squid, garland chrysanthemum with sesame paste
sliced egg and coleslaw.
My wife muttered that she had gained weight by drinking more sake recently...

Mariponnu, yes, thanks to your help, I got it. I'm enjoying comparing it with the sake I opened recently, Tasake and Akatake. It's fun to change the taste! By the way, I looked for the Sai Rai but it was too late, I'll do my homework for next year😊.
