Since the cherry blossoms have bloomed 🌸, I made a sake that is associated with the spring season.
The image is Kujukurihama beach where the cold has eased up and we are longing for spring. I should have drunk it a little earlier.
When it is put in a glass, bubbles rise up.
The gas feeling is strong. Sweetness and bitterness are also strong.
It has a clear outline, but when you mix in the Oli, it mellows out the whole flavor.
You can't go wrong with this series. It is delicious.
