Items procured during the GW Sakata-Tsuruoka Tour
At a certain product store, I was approached by a Koi River salesman.
The salesman said, "Mister! Which do you prefer, sweet or dry?"
I "I drink both, but which flavor is your favorite, Koikawa-san?"
Salesman "We prefer the dry one.
Koikawa-san's insistence on dry taste did not stop. I was looking at the Eiko-Fuji on display near the store, and I said, "Ah!
I was looking at a bottle of Eiko-Fuji on display nearby and thought, "Oh, this is very sweet! This one is very sweet, so it's not for you, sir! She said.
I like Eiko-Tomiji, but you don't have to say it like that...
So, I bought a bottle of the "Besshin," which they said was their top recommendation.
The aroma is a little lactic acidic.
The mouthfeel is dry and refreshing. It also has some umami.
The acidity and bitterness in the aftertaste are not strong, so it does not have much character. If anything, it is not my recent favorite. I would like to see something more distinctive.
Thank you for the treat!

Hi Colonel Lal 🌞I'm amused that I'm also judged as a dry drinker 🤣I drink everything except very sweet sake like kijoshu, so I'm sure this sales person will judge me as a dry drinker too 🤣.

Good evening, Mr. Manachy 😁.
He was quite a rich salesman 😅But he was interesting to talk to, so I bought a bottle 😊.
He used to be so dry and sharp! But now I like sweet and sour 🤘.

Colonel Lal Good evening. I feel that many salespeople these days have good and interesting sales talk. I feel like that is what makes them interesting to promote. I've never met anyone who evaluates other breweries for their quirks. lol

Hi Colonel Lal 😃
I like dry wine on my own 🤣.
I could have bought a bottle of Eikoufuji and pretended to have a conversation with you 😎.

Hello Nochi 😁
I agree with you. We are the bridge between the brewery and the consumer, so our sales talk must be good after all 😊.
But I didn't expect you to diss Eiko Fuji 🤘.
