I went to Ikushima Shoten and tasted various kinds of sake.
After tasting the Chokyu with the intention of buying it, I was offered a variety of other sweetened products.
The Omachi No. 1 yeast was their first release in 4 years.
It was rich and heavy, but it seemed light and easy to drink for a Tamagawa.
I also tasted Ehimeichikai, Hanagaki, and Kamerei (from Hiroshima), and eventually gave up on Chokyu and went home with Hanagaki and Kamerei 😅.
