Chichibu Nishiki is often seen at Kobe Hankyu.
I wonder if it's a special distributor 🤔.
It's a Nakakumi Namazumi sake. I wonder if it's actually a nama sake or not.
It seems like it's a nama-zake, but if it's a once-fired nama-zake, it might be a bit nama-zake.
It has a fresh, sweet taste, but then comes the umami taste with a strong, alcoholic flavor. It has a long aftertaste, probably because of the high alcohol content. It is good on the rocks.
The fourth picture is a small sea bream pickled in bamboo grass that I bought at an antenna store in KITTE. 🐟️
It was delicious and crispy 😋.
