I suddenly wanted to drink Toro Ama Sukkiri, and I remembered I had this one! I opened a bottle of the one I'd put away for a long time.
The aroma is slightly sour...sweet citrus.
When you take a sip, it has a slightly chili-chili-yellow mouthfeel. After the rich and refreshing sweetness of citrus and peach comes in, the acidic bumps burst in the mouth, and the wine finishes without being dull. I've been waiting for this.
I was waiting for this feeling - I was so happy to find the flavor I wanted to drink.
Although it is 12%, it is not thin. It is light, but has a rich and thick body. There is a bit of bitterness in the latter half.
Clear mouthfeel, just like Yoshida Kurau ✨.
I've always been a little confused about modern yamahai... is it different from regular yamahai?
The orange one I had a long time ago was also delicious, but this pink one was also sweet, refreshing, and delicious.
