After a series of slightly lighter drinks, we are now ready for a solid Tochigi sake, Hatsu Asahi Ei🎶.
It is said to be inspired by morning mist or morning dew.
It's also the first time for me to taste a sake rice called Asahi no Yume produced in Tochigi prefecture.
The aroma is mild, but the expectations are high 🤔.
I can feel a little bit of alcohol, and the taste is strong but not too sweet 😋.
It goes down beautifully, reminding me of morning mist and morning dew 👍
Long time Tochigi Ai 🥰.

Good evening, Mr. Bousuke 😃.
Asahi Ei! I've only had it at a sushi restaurant outing, but I think it was a beautiful sake 🍶 that goes well with food😊.

Yes, it's a beautiful drink👍.
It had a gentle sweetness that wasn't flashy, but understated and did a good job 😋.
