I bought a soga in February, and I dared to age it at home until it was out of quality assurance period. I tried to see if it would change to "super maniac aroma and taste" 😄.
The aroma and taste are creamy sweet rather than fruity, with a slight effervescence. The soga-like sourness remains the same in #3 and the balance of sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste is reminiscent of grapefruit ☺️.
Didn't feel "super maniacal", but I actually thought that Soga is better drunk in summer🌞 than in winter⛄ when it is sold.
Like Tenmei's Sarasara Raw, which I drank a while back, it's too sour for my liking, but maybe the perfect type to drink on a tropical night😋.
A good marriage with blue cheese 💘

I don't know of any other liquor store that sells it 😁 It's only available from late January to early March. Just for your reference!
