Of the first tank of Sentori, I had had Nakadori before, but somehow I had the feeling that the arabashiri would sell out quickly, so I secured the arabashiri early this year.
Surprisingly, it has a fruity aroma, which is rare for Sentori. Melon and lychee-like impression. The gasiness is so-so.
The balance between sweetness and acidity is excellent. Today is the third day, and it is getting better and better.
The sweetness and acidity finish pleasantly, and the wine finishes with a light bitterness.
It was a bit hard on the first day, but after a little while, it came together very well and has a super nice balance. I will probably buy it again next year!
