When I asked the people at Kamikawa Taisetsu, they told me to try this one first, and I tried it, and I personally liked it a lot!
It can be drunk on its own and goes well with any meal!
It's not the kind of sake that you are forced to drink, but more like the sake that you are supposed to drink.
I would recommend this kind of sake to anyone who is just starting to get into sake.
