I love the taste of the rice, as if only the really good parts of the rice have been extracted, and I would definitely drink it if I saw it 😋.
It's not sweet, but you can taste the full flavor of the rice, which gives the impression of a really good sake 🥰.
It would be great if I could buy it regularly 🥺.
I only have one bottle in stock at home so I can't drink it easily 😭
Personally, it's harder to get than Jikin Shinmasa 🥹.
