The other bottle we received this week was Hana Tomoe by Miyoshino Shuzo!
When I first saw it, I was confused with Hana Yuu!
I had seen it for a long time at Kadoya Sake Shop, but never picked it up.
It's also a type I've never tasted before 🫢.
The degree of carbonation is amazing!
It is more gaseous than Nichinichi and Sawaya-Matsumoto, and the bitterness is much stronger than those two.
There is no sense of heaviness at all.
The acidity and sweetness come in the aftertaste hidden by the gassiness.
I didn't notice much aroma, maybe because of the strong gassiness?
It is almost like a champagne, so it would be good as an aperitif!
Thank you for the treat 😋.

Good evening, Ofuji.
I've only had one Hanaboe 💦It seems to have a very strong gassy taste 😳‼️It looks like a good toast ❣️ but if it's too strong, I can't really taste it 😅.

Good morning, Ofuji 😃.
Hanaboe is an interesting sake with a distinctive sour taste 😆 I liked it a lot 🥰I've only had it once 😅.

Ponchan Hello ☀️
Have you had any other drinks? The one I got was mostly sparkling 😮.
Yes, it was a bit hard to tell because the taste was drowned out a bit😅.

Hello Rafa papa ☀️
It is true that the bitterness and acidity were more pronounced when considered without the gassiness!
I didn't go as far as to say it was my favorite type, but I enjoyed it: ☺️

Good morning ☀️
I drank Splash's Nigori outside in the winter. It tasted solid but just right with the nigori and schwa 😊 but it's quite an oddball 😅.
