January Tasting Extravaganza at Icoma Sake Shop
Looks like Icoma-san got this sake from the organizer when he was at an event in Tokyo the other day.
This is the event that Mr. Matsuchiyo is reviewing 😁.
It's a sake brewery in Mutsu City, the northernmost sake brewery in Honshu.
According to the official website, the rice is from the Masugumi rice plant, the ratio of polished rice is 60%, and the sake degree is +2.
It's dated December 2012, but it has a slight sense of maturity.
I wonder if it's been in the brewery? It's possible it wasn't kept refrigerated.
Marriage classic and smooth drinking.
Some sweetness, but a little spicy 🤔.
I thought it was unusual to have added sugar when it's not original or nigori
I thought I'd like to pair it with seafood 🐟.
I also had a chance to try some of the new Aizu Homare products, but I couldn't find them in a search, and they seem to be pre-release, so I won't post them here for now 😌 They were really delicious 😋.
The dry version of Morinori was just as good as the one I had last year 😋.

Good morning, bouken🌞.
I haven't had Sekinoi's Kamisen yet.
Did it look like it would be good for warming up?

Good morning, Matsuchiyo-san 🌅.
I thought it's not the type of sake you drink cold 😅
I guess it would be cold or heated 🤔
