Kozen Nyosui Junmai Ginjo
The name of this sake is "Jozen mizu no gotooshi", which is a phrase from an ancient Chinese philosopher, Laozi.
Water is like water; it benefits all things, does not fight, and relies on the blessings of all people.
The ideal way of living for human beings is to have the flexibility to change into various forms like water, not to fight with others, and to live in a natural, flowing way.
It is a sake that truly fits the phrase "the name represents the body," and is a sake like "water" in a good sense, born from the soft melting snow of Echigo Yuzawa!
It has a gorgeous fruity aroma, a smooth and light mouthfeel, a slightly sweet and soft rice flavor, and a crisp and clear taste, making it a super light sake "like clear water.
It has no peculiarities and may be a little lacking for those who prefer sake with a robust flavor, but it is especially recommended for women and sake beginners.

Good evening, Mr. Uma Uma Uma!
Thank you very much for your kind words.
I'm a liquor store and I'm doing my best, but I'm not there yet, so I'd like to be able to express the charm of sake more ✨.
