Last year I got New Born from Akabu Sake Future, which was one of my five favorites last year. I wonder how it will be this year.
Last year, it had a very fragrant aroma, but this year, it is not so strong. The mysterious aroma, which is hard to describe, is still there this year. The gasiness is minimal.
Gentle sweetness and a sharp acidity. This year it is quite firm.
After the acidity comes a slightly stronger bitterness and alcohol. The aftertaste is a bit bitter.
This year, the drinkability is a bit weaker and not as impressive as last year, but it is good enough. I wonder if it will become easier to drink in a few days.
