Sake (6) drunk at Nihonshuchu Tsubaki Jikin Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Hi-ire From here on, we each chose the sake we wanted to drink 😍. Made with Yamadanishiki produced in Mie Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 16 Sake degree - Acidity Hatsujikin🎉 From what I've heard, this Jikin seems to be the best expression of the Jikin style! I was so happy that all I can remember is "delicious", but I think the aroma, umami, acidity, and gasiness were all good! I wish I could have remembered more, but I took notes on the others, but this one... 😅 Yum!!!
