This is also from Tenranzan, which was purchased at the Igarashi Sake Brewery in Hanno City.
It is a 300ml bottle of Junmai Ginjo Nama Shuzake.
Not fruity, but aromatic in a modest range, and light to drink.
I mixed sakekasu, which I got as a service at the direct sales place, with salted malted rice and prepared pickles again.
Cucumbers, carrots, and turnips.
It is not salty, but good with a hint of umami and flavor brought out.
Sakekasu has infinite possibilities to go well with sake, such as cream cheese pickled in sakekasu.
Sakekasu is an important item for devising new snacks and I would like to enjoy it with more emphasis in the future.

Hi, Hiraccio 😃Your sake snacks look amazing😍👍I can only use sake lees for sake lees soup, so I'll try pickling it next time ‼️

Hi Wakata😊.
Cream cheese with sake lees is a great snack with sake.
Cream cheese by itself goes well with sake, so it's handy to have it in the fridge.
I also recommend pickled vegetables.
