And I had to cancel my reservation in February on short notice.

I had the Akabu that I had purchased with the cosmos in Morioka kept in storage for a long time!
The manager asked me if I would like to start with it.

I thought it was amber, but it was Junmai Daiginjo Ginga!
It is well polished, so there is no cloying taste!
Just the way I like it!
It also has a light pineapple taste.
I forgot to take a picture, but the yuba with butterbur miso was fantastic!
I told the assistant manager about it and he said he would serve something better later.
I'm looking forward to it🙆
