Hiran is a sake by Iji-san, whom I've never met before.
It's a little bit different from the usual sake with a more robust flavor, but you can also taste the acidity of Hiran and it's delicious. ❣️

The label of Yuria from Fist of the North Star is Uma Uma Uma's sake, Jun Dai from Koubu ✨.
As the name "Let's go back to heaven" and the atmosphere of Yuria, it was gorgeous, sweet and tasty, and easier to drink than I expected. ❣️

There are a lot of awesome sake off the shelf at Sake-no-Wa 😳.
I didn't know before that Classic is only available in Nagasaki Prefecture, so I'll be sure to buy some next time I'm in Nagasaki 😤.

I'm sure that at the Kansai Sake-no-Wa-kai, everyone brings their own sake that we don't get to drink very often, so when I look at the pictures afterwards, it's always a great show 😇
