Garakudai Gekka Nakadori 2024BY✨
This is surprisingly the first time I've had Masayo Gekka🌙💐 at home.
And it's a special order of Nakadori.
I remember that it was a clear and light sake, if I recall correctly,
The first thing I notice is the aroma, which is mild and weak, with a hint of muscat and herbs. The taste also has a hint of gas and a beautiful acidity that spreads and is slightly overlaid with the sweetness and flavor of rice. The finish is dry and sharp, with a light, dry adult cider 🥤 that I like very much 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤.
I love modern paleo sake 😊.
