My stock of sake was getting low, so I went to pick up some sake on my way home from visiting the cemetery.
I was lucky enough to get Jikin, Katsuma, and Tasake. Thank you, ancestors 🙏.
Tropical fruit aroma reminiscent of pineapple. Fresh and rich sweetness. The clean acidity makes it go down your throat nicely. It is fresh and the best sake.
