Wow - it's Kuro-chan.
Let's not do this because it's tskami, which makes good alcohol taste bad.
This is the sake I drank while playing mahjong on Saturday. I believe I bought it at Shimizu-ya.
It was the last day of summer, so I had to drink summer sake, but I didn't know there was any summer sake left. The label looks like spring, but it says "August," so I'm certifying it as a summer sake.
The rice used for the sake is Kinmon-nishiki.
The rice is Kinmon-nishiki, and the lactic acidity is gentle. Super easy to drink. But the alcohol content is 16%.
I guess it would be more delicious if drunk in midsummer.
