Like the Shichibon-yari I uploaded the other day, I got this Kamo Kanehide at a certain store in Utsunomiya, and this is the first time I have seen it.
It has a freshness that you can feel even though it is fire-aged, and on the other hand, it has a full flavor that is typical of Hiroshima brands, which is really wonderful. I thought I should be aware that it is a little different from the image of traditional Hiroshima brands such as Houken, Kamo Kanehide, and Amego no Tsuki (which I have never had). Highly recommended, give it a try.
