It is also the brand that was awarded the first prize GOLD in the "SAKE COMPETITION 2018". In the mouth, you can feel the elegant and gorgeous aroma and the delicious taste of rice. The acidity is well balanced, and this bottle gives a soft and gentle mouthfeel.
What is Short-stalked Watabune?
Short-stalked Watabune" is the parent of "Yamada-Nishiki" and belongs to the "Omachi" lineage. Watafune" was selected from "Bizen Oumachi" in Shiga Prefecture in 1895, and among them, the one that does not easily fall over is called "Short-stalked Watafune".
