Tasake Junmai Ginjyo Yamadanishiki summer sake, purchased because of the label.
As is typical of Tasake, it has a strong rice aroma, a slight sweetness, and a bitterness, but I don't mind it too much.
It is refreshing from start to finish, so it was delicious.
