It's hard to decide which sake to drink now that so many different kinds of autumn sake are available...
This time, I went with my favorite, Nabeshima!
The nose has an orange 🍊-like acidity, umami, and bitterness that I can tell is probably from the aging process.
In the mouth, there is a slight gasiness and a refreshing mouthfeel. ✨️
It has a light taste with rice flavor and a bitter aftertaste 😌.
I paired it with Japanese food such as grilled saury and enjoyed it very much.

I had it for the first time last year and I also had it with autumn swordfish and I remember enjoying it very much🤗.
