コタロー
It's the tiled roof that is the topic of discussion. I bought this one because it is drier than the birth sake black.
The aroma is slightly apple, sourness, and grapefruitiness.
When you drink it, it has chili, sweet apple and richness, slowly tasty and acidic, and finally bitter and dry, and disappears in a whimper. It is somewhere between classic and modern. Delicious.
The next day, the dryness at the top of the rump might have settled down a bit and smoothed out. It is also delicious, but I liked the slow and sharp taste of the first day a lot.
As the day progressed, it seemed to become more refreshing? There is a sweetness to the flavor. But a refreshing... herbal aftertaste?
As more days pass, it moves closer to refreshing and the bitterness becomes a little stronger. The flavor remains just right, so I don't particularly like the bitterness! If you don't like bitterness, it's good.
When you drink it, it is like sweet rice. It seems like a sweet porridge.
It was a delicious sake with various expressions. I would like to try other sakes.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
I'm a meek person, so I decided to join the trend and visit Iraka 😆 The price and appearance of the restaurant is kind of sturdy, so it's perfect for trying out different ways to drink slowly 😚.
