I received this today! Imadaiji (^o^)The aroma is apple🍎 with a good fruity taste. When you drink it, it has a moderate sweetness, sourness and bitterness. The taste is smooth and clean. The flavor afterwards is a little like green leaves! A bottle that gives you a fresh summer feeling! It has a summery taste and a lightness that is typical of Niigata sake. Easy to drink!
