Yamada-Nishiki from Sansho, given to us by another customer.
Yamada-Nishiki is relatively drinkable!
It has a fresh taste due to the fact that it was just opened at the beginning.
The alcohol content is not too high, so you can drink it like a juice.
This one has a green apple or lychee flavor.
I enjoyed comparing it with Hozu.
