Recently, I have been enjoying sweet and light sake, but I like dry sake as well, so I am looking forward to this bottle!
The sweetness is moderate, but after the first sip, it has a core of crisp acidity and sharpness.
The mellow umami that comes slowly afterward is exquisite!
It's great to drink a dry sake once in a while!
