The one that was stored at room temperature in the closet last semester sis. What happened after one summer?
Slightly aged aroma. The palate has a firm sweetness and lactic acidity. And a buttery caramel taste. It has a hint of raisins and has matured well...this is delicious. As a lover of aging, I can't stand it. It may be a maniac to keep it at room temperature, but we recommend keeping it in the refrigerator for a year. Soga can be kept at room temperature for a year, even if it is a draft sake. It is rather delicious.

Dear kzsh1017, I compared a year in the cis fridge to a year at room temperature, and the room temperature one had more buttery caramel! Both are super tasty, but personally I'm pushing for a year at room temp!
